So, whenever you notice there are liquid spills on your laminate flooring, dry the surface as soon possible with a mop.
  3. Use a soft broom such as soft plastic broom or a string mop to remove dirt and debris from your floor. These types of brooms can prevent any scratches on your laminate flooring compared to hard brooms such as corn brooms.
  4. You will need a special laminate floor cleaner when it is time for you to clean your laminate flooring thoroughly. The reason is that the surface of laminate flooring is different from tiles or hardwood flooring. You can purchase it at most stores or hardware stores selling laminate flooring. To use the cleaner, simply spray a light mist over the floor surface and then use a mop or a terry cloth rag to clean your laminate floor.
